NATURE OF THIS WEBSITE
I am the author of this book. I am not operating this website as a corporation, retailer, or marketplace. This site exists solely to enable readers to purchase the book directly. I do not operate user accounts, subscriptions, mailing lists, analytics profiles, or independent customer databases.
FULFILLMENT AND PRINTING
All books are printed and fulfilled by Lulu, a third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment provider. Once payment is complete, order information will be sent to Lulu for production and shipping. Lulu is responsible for printing, packaging, shipping, and issuing any tracking information associated with the order. Lulu's full terms and policies govern their services. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Shipping methods, delivery timelines, carrier selection, tracking, and fulfillment are handled by Lulu and their shipping partners. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates only and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside my control. Once an order enters Lulu's fulfillment process, shipping and delivery are handled by Lulu and the carrier.
PHONE NUMBER REQUIREMENT
A phone number is required because Lulu and its shipping carriers need it for delivery and carrier contact. The carrier may use the phone number in the event of a delivery issue or a failed delivery attempt. I do not use phone numbers for marketing purposes or contact purchasers by phone.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Stripe, a third-party payment processor, processes payments. I do not collect, store, or have access to credit card numbers, banking information, or payment credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with the Stripe Terms of Service and Stripe Privacy Policy.
EMAIL USE
Email addresses are used only for transactional purposes such as payment receipts and order confirmations generated by Stripe and/or Lulu. I do not store emails or send newsletters, marketing emails, promotional messages, or follow-up communications unrelated to order fulfillment. I like being left alone, so I practice what I live.
PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING
I do not maintain an independent customer database or use customer data for advertising or profiling. Personal information entered during checkout is processed only as required to complete payment and fulfill shipment through Stripe and Lulu. Data handling and retention by Stripe and Lulu are governed by their respective privacy policies referenced above.
TAXES AND GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. No sales tax is charged or collected by me in connection with this purchase. This book is offered for sale and shipment only within the United States because its subject matter relates exclusively to U.S. law.
RETURNS, DEFECTS, AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Because the book is printed on demand, all sales are final except for printing defects or shipping damage. Issues related to print quality, defects, lost shipments, or delivery problems should be reported to me immediately so I can coordinate through Lulu's customer support process to resolve them.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Third-party providers, including Lulu and Stripe, handle printing, fulfillment, shipping, and payment processing. I am not responsible for printing errors, shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. However, if a purchaser can demonstrate with documentation that an error occurred due to Stripe, Lulu, or their service providers, I will personally review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate directly with the responsible provider to seek resolution.
